This beginner class will allow students to learn proper form and technique in the sport of Kickboxing. Each class will include a warm up, stretching exercises, technique/application, strength and conditioning, and meditation. The class is a Kickboxing workout with lots of cardio built in with some traditional boxing exercises like jumping rope and ways to loosen your joints and strengthen your muscles. During class you can expect to learn how to do the proper technique when it comes to punching, kicking, using your knees and performing combinations.You will be working with pads directly with your instructor or a training partner while working different clinch techniques.
